Apothéke Alimentare is an emerging food brand whose goal is to create an ecosystem that connects people to food in every possible way. Inspired by the tradition and values of ancient Italian botteghe, the project moves beyond the typical channel segmentation of the food industry, evolving into a contemporary vision rooted in awareness, quality, and connection.

The collaboration between Apothéke Alimentare and Casa Caroseno was born from Francesca’s idea of offering every guest the opportunity to be nourished consciously, in perfect harmony with the land and with Puglia.Apothéke Alimentare will provide a grocery delivery service for Casa Caroseno guests, accompanying them on a culinary journey from breakfast to dinner, with products carefully selected for the house and delivered in wooden baskets typical of the region.

The values of Casa Caroseno and Apothéke Alimentare align naturally: attention to raw materials, respect for the territory, and a strong focus on human experience. The project also includes the possibility of creating bespoke experiences for those who wish to become part of the Casa Caroseno family, with the sole intention of making them feel truly at home.
