This is how the collaboration between Casa Caroseno and NikiCeramics, the ceramic brand founded by Nicoletta in 2022, came to life.

NikiCeramics was born from the desire to create a direct and creative connection between mind and hands. Rooted in ancient Puglian tradition and combined with an ever-evolving design language, the brand intertwines ancestral techniques with innovative approaches, shaping objects that tell stories of experiences and influences in constant transformation.

Each NikiCeramics piece is 100% handcrafted, made in Puglia yet designed for every corner of the world. With sustainability at its core, every creation is unique. Stoneware (grès) is the brand’s primary material, giving each piece structure and strength, while the natural, earthy color palette lends the collection an essential yet refined beauty.

The architecture and vision of Casa Caroseno immediately harmonized with NikiCeramics’ minimal and organic style. The table settings created for the house perfectly reflect the brand’s DNA: at the center of the project are materiality and texture — the weight, feel, and presence of each object in dialogue with the space around it.

The stylistic distinction between ceramics designed for breakfast and those created for main meals enhances the rhythm of the day, giving each moment its own identity.Mornings feel slow, meditative, and intimate.Evenings become convivial and enveloping — a sunset dinner filled with voices, gestures, and shared moments.

All of this unfolds within the Puglian countryside, inside a project carefully envisioned in every detail by Francesca and Giuseppe, where each element naturally connects to the next.

From Woman to Woman

When I first reached out to Niki, I was right in the middle of a renovation crisis. I had very little time to finalize collaborations and an extremely limited budget to work with. Yet from our very first call, I knew she was the right person to collaborate with on the ceramic side of the project.

She had just returned to Puglia, just like me, and just like me she was dreaming of building something of her own. There was an immediate understanding — not only professional, but deeply human.

Being supported by Niki during such a delicate phase of Casa Caroseno has been a true honor. I hope that through Casa Caroseno, her ceramics can reach as many people as possible and continue to tell her story through everyday rituals.
